Don't Let This Happen

We are already half way into January 2021.

January is typically a time of resolutions and “new year – new me”.

Diets don’t work.

Resolutions rarely work. Perfectionism keeps us stuck.

You can’t hate yourself into change.

What works?

  • Acceptance.
  • Self-compassion.
  • Commitment.
  • Imperfect action.

Don’t put your life on hold until….fill in the blank.

Here’s a good reminder from one of my favourite authors, Anne Lamott.
