Xen and The Art of Mindful Eating in-person and online courses and workshops are subject to the below terms and conditions.
Live Zoom Courses
- Bookings are only confirmed by means of a deposit or full payment and completed application form.
- The number of applicants per course is limited & acceptance is on a ‘first come first serve’ basis, provided a completed application form & deposit/payment has been received.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Course dates are subject to a minimum of 8 participants.
- In the unlikely event of there not being enough people to fill a course, or a course being postponed, you will be notified timeously. New options for dates will be provided & your booking will be automatically transferred accordingly and valid for 12 months thereafter.
- In the event that you are not able to attend a course that you have booked for, your booking may be postponed if notification is received up to 3 weeks prior to course commencement. One postponement is allowed per person per booking. Balance of payment or a further deposit is required to confirm your place in the new workshop date. Following this an admin fee is liable.
- Bookings will remain valid for 12 months.
- Bookings postponed/cancelled later than 8 days prior to course commencement will unfortunately have course fee forfeited.
- Once the course has commenced there will be no refunds or compensation for missed classes.
Online Courses
The online programmes and products offered by Xen And The Art of Mindful Eating are ONLINE programmes and information products and are delivered via email and website.
We will deliver using the email address and mobile number you have provided in your registration. It is your obligation to ensure that we have the correct email address for you and that the emails do not land in your junk email or spam filter. Please check your Gmail Promotions tab, as our emails may land in there.
Credit Card Details
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
