- We meet on Zoom once a week initially and then every other week.
- Together we create a vision for your ideal relationship with food and your body.
- We create strategies to overcome any obstacles and challenges that might be standing in your way.
- We work together in a trusting relationship, in a safe, supportive and private environment to help you heal your relationship with food.
- I offer you personalised support via email or text in between sessions.
