Book your free Mindful Eating Introductory Session

A Mini Introductory Session is a FREE 30 minute session to help you learn more about the process of changing your relationship to food, eating and your body through Intuitive and Mindful Eating coaching.

It is aimed at people who are tired of yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, binge eating and obsessing about the size of their body and what they are eating.

I offer this Mini Introductory Session as a way of finding out if we would work well together. I don’t want either of us to waste our time. After the session, we will both know if we are a good fit.

Due to the large demand for these mini sessions, I have created an application process for those who are serious about working with me.

We spend 30 minutes together on the phone or Skype or FaceTime or WhatsApp Video Call. We explore the challenges you are facing with food and the changes you would like to make. We look at what stands in your way to creating a peaceful relationship with food and your body.

If you are ready to get started, please fill in the form below as best you can so that I can get to know you a bit better and prepare for our session together.

I look forward to talking to you!
