An Introductory Session is a FREE 45 minute session.

It is aimed at people who are tired of yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, binge eating and obsessing about the size of their body and what they are eating. We spend 45 minutes together face-to-face in Pretoria or on the phone/Skype/WhatsApp video call where we explore where you are now, what you would like instead and see what challenges are in your way to a peaceful relationship with food.

I will share some recommendations to get you started on creating a mindful relationship with food. By the end of the session you will know if working with me is a good fit for you and I will know if working with you is a good fit for me.

We can do this in person in Pretoria (where I am based). I practice one day a week in Johannesburg and space is limited for introductory sessions, so if you live in Jo’burg — we do the free intro session on the phone/Skype.
